We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Cosabella lingerie, which is why we offer a seamless return process for unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items such as panties and adhesive bras must be in their original unopened packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the hygienic liners are in place for all intimate apparel.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
